Small size is for kids or women with smaller faces.

Medium fits most women comfortably.

Large fits most men comfortably or women with larger faces.

Extra-large is for the men and women with larger faces.

Measure from the back of your ears to around your nose to see which size is close.  It may seem uncomfortable at first, but you might want it on the tight side for stretching over time or with washes.
